We offer a turn-key solution for your next Aluminium product. From 3D design through to packaging.
CAsTING
Casting sizes range from a few grams to 20 kilograms.
We can cast a variety of Aluminium Alloys including LM6, LM9 and LM25.
Our processes include Gravity Casting and High-Pressure Casting (Die casting).
Our foundry capacity exceeds 10 tons of casting per month. Components we regularly cast include:
- components for valves, couplings, nozzles, and pneumatic overfill protection systems
- components for gear housings, pneumatic cylinders, covers, rock drill components, sheave rolls for overhead power lines
- road tanker and truck components
- solar heating, energy saving and numerous other general engineering components
HEAT TREATMENT
Certain Aluminium Alloys can see significant improvements in mechanical properties when heat treated. We offer solution heat treatment, with T6 being the most popular.
CNC MACHINING, ASSEMBLY & FINISHING
With more complex designs, machining might be required after casting. We offer fettling, drilling, tapping and CNC machining where required. We also offer, grinding, polishing, powder coating, painting and assembly.
DESIGN
Our Engineers have more than 20 years of experience. We use computer aided design (such as Solidworks) and can also produce manufacturing drawings. We can help you take your idea from a napkin-sketch to fully manufactured prototype.
